An Optometry Training Wing, to be set up by the Government of Delhi, at Delhi’s Guru Nanak Eye Care Center will offer a 4-year Bachelor of Optometry Degree to medical students. The 4-year course programme includes a 1-year internship besides the 3-year academic training.

Those who have graduated from the Science Stream in Class 12 are eligible to apply for this Bachelor of Optometry course. Besides they are required to pass an Entrance Test for admission to the said programme. Mention must be made that admissions are set to take place for 20 seats in the first batch.
