Narula Institute of Technology (NIT) is an autonomous, private Engineering college located at Agarpara, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. It embarked on its voyage in the year 2001 and is one of the seven colleges under the JIS Group. It offers a host of undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma courses. It is affiliated with MAKAUT (Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology), besides being approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council), and NBA (National Board of Accreditation). It is regarded as one of the top-tier colleges in Bengal.
